Thank you for stopping by!
Today I am sharing a beautiful card made with Santoro London Gorguss Girl , On Top of The World. I love all of the Gorguss Girl stamps, and this one in particular has a girl sitting on a wire with her little bird friends.

She is so adorable that I pictured her as pretending to be a bird as well. After coloring her, I gave her a plumed headdress with silver and pink feathers.

She is sitting on the front of a birdcage, free as a bird, and the front of the card has a huge girly bow made with white cardstock, pink vellum, and a small embellishment center.
The fence underneath is a beautiful border, and behind her I used a die to color the sky with a doily pattern and oxide inks.

This card is now complete with a beautiful sentiment, a button, and birds that peek out from behind a beautiful scrolled fence.

Be Brave Mixed Media Easel Card with The Runaway Gorguss Girl Stamp.

Thank you for joining me!
Take a look at this beautiful easel card I made with the Gorguss Girl Stamp The Runaway!
This stamp set is absolutely beautiful, and I wanted the image to look whimsical and fun.
I used Several supplies to achieve the end result, and I am quite happy with the soft and sweet colors that emerged from playing around with my Sennelier Watercolors, Prismacolor Pencils, and Ranger Distress inks. I used a mixture of all, and I love being surprised by how the inks and paints will blend and make their own story.

The front of the card has the image stamped and colored using Sennelier Watercolors, and Prismacolor Pencils on Mixed Media paper by Canson.
I also embossed the banner and hearts, added gold acrylic paint throughout as a highlight, and finished it with a few gems, a beautiful trim and red star.

The inside has a beautiful frame that I stamped and embossed and also distressed with Ranger Distress inks. To add depth, I also colored in the lace portion with Prismacolor pencils, to match the background paper. The finishing bow adds a feminine touch.

The Runaway Stamp set includes the images as you see above. It is a beautiful and versatile set!

The other sets also had elements I used in this card, such as the Washi stamp, and the Lace frame and the star.

I hope that you enjoy this and are inspired to use your stamps and supplies!! Be encouraged, be blessed, and be brave!!- Raquel

Mother's Day Shaker Card, and Cricut Design Space Simple Mother's Day Card

Thank you so much for stopping by! You may be here because you were watching my youtube channel, or because you've seen one of my pictures regarding a card or project on Instagram, or Facebook.
Whichever may be the case, I thank you for stopping by,  and here is a small video showing you some of the cards I made for Mother's day. (This post is rather late, but I want to make sure that all of my videos and projects are listed here for reference.) If you have not yet seen it, then following are some pictures and descriptions.

This card began as a Simple Mother's Day Card from the Cricut Design Space Make It Now projects , and I finished it with a small rose doily, a large white doily, some pretty blue birds, and some sequins and twine. The original design looked incomplete when I finished it, so I gave it my own twist! I also added Ranger Liquid Pearls to the birds to accent their details.

I used rolled roses which I made and Martha Stewart flowers in peach.

This card was very easy to make using several dies from my stash, and an Anna Griffin Embossing Folder: Reflected Damask. I used Ranger Distress ink in Abandoned Coral to bring out the embossing in the paper.
I also used a border em bossing folder for the inside of the card. and finished it by layering several dies, a cabochon I made with a mold and painted in Martha Stewart Gold Acrylic paint, and I made it into a shaker using Gold colored Tulle and several sequins and beads.
Here is the video where you can see the results! Thank you for stopping by and be blessed!

Multimedia Pieces with Butterfly Stamp and Ranger Distress Inks

Thank you for joining me!
Today I am showing you some of my multimedia pieces inspired by a lovely Butterfly, and Ranger Distress Inks.
I had tons of fun recycling materials for this one-of-a-kind project to beat the cold weather (yes, I have over 20 inches of the white stuff outside my window!)

My Recipe: Recycled Cardboard, and packing envelope.
Liquitex Basic Acrylic Gesso / White
 Ranger Distress Inks (Several).
Once Those were all applied, and the ink and Gesso were still wet, I sprinkled Embossing powders in Blues and Yellow and heat embossed the areas.
Hero Arts G1243 Large Butterfly Stamp Neenah White Cardstock (80lb), colored using a pearlescent palette of watercolors, and Derwent Inktense Pencils.
I used several dies from Spellbinders, Sizzix, and Ali Express that I cut out of the same paper. These were all painted using the same inks, and some I embossed with Bit of Paisley Cricut Cuttlebug folder. I hope that this inspires you to have some fun, and break out of the box with whatever materials you may have on hand. Thank you for watching, and please comment and subscribe to my channel!
Be blessed, Raquel💜💙
